Our event thrives on safety, respect and endurance. It is important to us, that all participants are equipped with the necessary gear and feel comfortable throughout the event.
Please follow the rules below, which are designed to protect all riders and ensure a smooth an enjoyable challenge for everyone.
Riders must complete the entire official route (GPX track) from start to finish
Riders must remain fully self-supported at all times.
Respect the environment, other riders, and all road users. Leave no trace. Open fires and bivvying are not permitted.
Fairness first. Ultra cycling lives by its values — fairness is the foundation. Be fair to yourself and to others. No drafting at any time.
Helmets are mandatory. At night, riders must wear a reflective vest. A front and rear light are compulsory, and a spare set is strongly recommended.
Riders must comply with local traffic laws at all times.
All bikes must pass a technical check-up before the start.
Riders must use the official GPS tracker provided by the organization.
Any human-powered bicycle is allowed (no e-bikes).
Insurance is mandatory. Each participant must have valid liability, accident, health, and death insurance covering the duration of the event, including emergency extraction and repatriation.
